Huadai has qualification certificates such as hazardous chemical business license and hazardous material packaging qualification issued by relevant national departments. The warehouse covers an area of 30000 square meters, including Class A (including highly toxic), Class B, and Class C warehouses with an area of approximately 8000 square meters and a working area of over 10000 square meters. There are facilities such as dangerous goods cold storage, large rain sheds, sunshades, loading and unloading platforms, explosion-proof forklifts for dangerous goods, Linde container front cranes, single unit mobile shelves, and fully automatic sealing and packaging machinery imported from Germany. Can handle all hazardous goods except for Class 1 and Class 7.
Our warehouse can provide services such as unloading, warehousing, boxing, palletizing, and reinforcement of woven bags, ton bags, cardboard barrels, iron barrels, IBC ton barrels, large and small steel cylinders, small steel cans, cardboard boxes, and other packaging, as well as additional services such as paying warehousing fees, changing labels, tallying, cleaning, subcontracting, and supervision. Having both official and third-party supervision qualifications, we can cooperate with the cargo owner to complete the supervision of inspection, CIQ, SGS, BV and other institutions.
All employees of our dangerous goods warehouse must undergo training and assessment in security and fire protection before taking up their positions. The warehouse is equipped with advanced soluble foam spray system, combustible and toxic gas automatic alarm system, perimeter safety automatic alarm system, omni-directional video monitoring system and other modern equipment. Ensure that the goods are under the supervision of the ERP system throughout the entire process from entering the warehouse until loading, ensuring their safety, controllability, and smooth shipment. Our warehouse customer service personnel cooperate with the ERP system to track cargo operations 24 hours a day, provide timely feedback on cargo dynamics, and enable shippers to immediately know the details of the goods.
